Review of our 41 HR TECH projects

Throughout our launch year, Nexa RH has led a multitude of HRIS projects meeting the specific strategic and operational needs of our clients in specialized areas of expertise.

Overview of our main mandates

1- Evaluations and selections of HCM systems (HR-Talent-Payroll):

Our main mission was to support organizations in choosing global human capital management (HCM) solutions, particularly in the areas of human resources, payroll and talent management.

We worked with companies from various sectors, including industrial manufacturing (agri-food, aeronautics), the public sector (federal, provincial, municipal) and services, to guide them in the selection of integrated systems and the choice of their integrators. These projects mainly targeted medium to large organizations (200 to 10,000 employees) wishing to optimize their HR, payroll and talent functions.

2- Talent Management Roadmap Development:

Many of our clients have sought our expertise to develop customized talent management strategies. These roadmaps have focused on talent-to-candidate conversion, skills development, and succession planning.

Our HR TECH projects have primarily involved industrial manufacturing and service companies, ranging from 450 to 50,000 employees, with a focus on creating optimal candidate and learner experiences to attract, retain, and develop talent.

3- Frontline Recruitment and Workforce Management Solutions:

We have worked closely with retail, hospitality, and service companies to implement targeted recruitment solutions and optimize the management of their frontline workforce.

Our interventions have included the evaluation of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume screening tools, as well as improving HR processes for high-volume positions.

4- Learning and Development (L&D) System Selection:

With the growing need for continuous learning, we have helped our clients select the best learning management systems (LXP/LMS) and other L&D technologies.

Our recommendations have helped companies in various industries (retail, services, manufacturing) deploy effective training solutions, meeting the needs of 200 to over 10,000 employees.

5- Process Optimization and Payroll Efficiency:

We have helped many companies, including in the industrial manufacturing, services and education sectors, optimize their payroll processes and improve operational efficiency.

Our analyses and recommendations have reduced administrative burdens and increased data accuracy.

6- Compliance and Specialized HR Solutions:

We have provided services for specialized solutions to ensure regulatory compliance, including health and safety (HSS). Our services have included system selection, resume parsing and employee engagement surveys.

By addressing key HR technology needs, optimizing processes and supporting talent development, we have enabled our clients to adapt to a constantly changing job market.
