Dynamic List – Version 2 – May 2024
Welcome to the most comprehensive guide to AI use cases in HR.
We hope this guide will help you familiarize yourself with and understand how AI enhances and disrupts the capabilities offered by HRIS.
It was created to serve as an evaluation grid for the most frequent needs in your organization.
While some use cases are anecdotal, others have the potential to transform and disrupt an entire economic sector (e.g., training, coaching, career orientation, management).
This list of use cases is based on our monitoring of HR TECH (see our HR TECH Directory) and the analysis of their emerging capabilities based on AI among the leading publishers in North America.
When AI infiltrates the digital economy, our creativity takes over.
Artificial intelligence is not a fad. It is the new reality in the historical evolution of technologies.
After the era of data, we now enter the era of information, insights, and content generation (text, code, voice, images, videos, actions). The advancements in LLMs (large language models) and AI based on multiple language models open up staggering possibilities with infinite repercussions.
Global investments in AI are staggering and are shifting away from traditional technologies.
Another indicator: the use cases in HR are numerous... very numerous.
Our initial evaluation in October 2023 modestly indicated 50 uses. A few months later, we have identified 115.
Some use cases noted here are found among several publishers, while others are only marketed by innovative publishers, sometimes based on needs not yet formulated by clients.
Disclaimer: This list is not exhaustive. Not all vendors can address all use cases.
